Indie pop singer/songwriter Quotes From Movies has announced their very first release of 2025, titled ‘Breakup Song’. The Nashville based singer (real name Micah xx) announced the upcoming release last Friday with a cryptic teaser posted to Instagram following soon after.
The black and white promotional imagery mark a shift from the aesthetics of previous singles such as ‘As Long as I Can’ and ‘Dry Erase’ and could signal a move away from QFM’s trademark ‘sugary sweet’ pop sound.
